Course Overview

Company Law is one of the most substantial FE1 subjects. The legislation is extensive and many candidates find it difficult to know where to focus their preparation.

A common mistake is trying to cover everything equally. The FE1 examination instead rewards candidates who understand the key principles of company law and can apply them clearly when answering exam questions.

This course is designed to guide students through the areas of the syllabus that appear most consistently in FE1 papers while developing a structured approach to answering questions.

Over twelve weeks, students work through the main topics alongside discussion of past FE1 papers, helping them recognise how exam questions are framed and how strong answers are structured.

Classes take place once per week in the evening and are designed to fit alongside university, work, or internship commitments.

Sessions are interactive rather than lecture-heavy, giving students the opportunity to ask questions, work through problem questions together, and develop a clear understanding of the material.
