Course Overview

EU Law is a subject that many candidates find difficult to approach when studying alone. The volume of case law and legal principles can make it hard to know where to focus when preparing for the FE1 examination.

The exam rewards candidates who understand the structure of the subject and can apply legal principles clearly when answering problem questions.

This course is designed to help students develop that understanding while working through the main areas of the FE1 EU Law syllabus.

Across twelve weeks, students examine the subject alongside discussion of past FE1 papers, building a clearer approach to analysing questions and structuring answers under exam conditions.

Classes take place once per week in the evening and are designed to fit alongside university, work, or internship commitments.

Sessions are interactive rather than lecture-heavy, giving students the opportunity to ask questions, discuss exam problems, and engage directly with the material.
