Course Overview

Many candidates approach Property Law by working through large volumes of notes without a clear sense of what actually matters for the FE1 exam.

The examination, however, rewards something different — a structured understanding of the law, the ability to apply principles clearly, and well-organised answers.

This course guides students through the key areas of the FE1 Property Law syllabus while showing how those topics typically appear in examination questions.

Over twelve weeks, students work through the main topics alongside discussion of past FE1 papers, building the confidence to approach the exam with a clearer structure and understanding.

Classes take place once per week in the evening and are designed to fit alongside university, work, or internship commitments.

The sessions are not traditional lectures. They are interactive, tutorial-style classes where students can ask questions, discuss problems, and engage directly with the material.
